"Magick Weaved on a Samhain Eve"

(Magick Weaved Series)

Review by Wendy Dawn

“In Summation”:

Alexia is a lively, single, sassy and sexy coven witch yet she finds herself and her sex life (or lack of it) the hot topic of her fellow coven sisters after one of the coven's full moon meetings.
Add to the mix the discovery of an old spell and Alexia’s life starts to change very quickly as a spirit named Lance appears. Combine the heat of the full moon and a hint of destiny, life will never be the same again for Alexia.

“The Reviews are in”:

In the spirit of Halloween or Samhain to Witches and Wiccians, this is a very well researched and written story. The accuracy of knowledge of an alternative religion should be applauded. It is refreshing to read an author who knows the subject matter and has taken the time to research or actually talk to practioners.
The story line is very sweet. Not innocent, these characters are summoning spirit lovers after all. To read about a group of women who bond together for a common cause, instead of seeing each other as competition is very inspiring.
Each main character’s personality is showcased by the storyline. As a reader, you will look forward to more stories in the Magick series, so you will be able to follow each characters story.
Alexia and Lance worked because of faith, belief and timing. This can be said of any relationship. It does not hurt that Lance is super hot. However, eventually Alexia has to stop fighting and give into the experience.

“Believe in us, little one, and all will become clear!” ~Lance whispers to Alexia as he fades away during the first rays of dawn.

On a personal note, if I were single I would be tempted to try a lover-summoning spell of my own on Samhain/Halloween. This short story made me smile and giggle that much!
