“In Summation”:

Meet Jane Brown.

Jane Brown isn't a millionaire.

Jane Brown isn't a member of MENSA.

Jane Brown doesn't wear a size two like her model-perfect coworker Monica Starke.

Until...

One wish leads to waking in Monica's French lingerie...and her perfectly-proportioned body. It's a dream come true--until she learns Monica's life isn't the fairytale Jane had always imagined. Well, with one exception: her ripped-from-the-pages-of-a-romance-novel billionaire ex-boyfriend, Jason Foxx.

“The Reviews are in”:

‘Freaky Friday’ meets ‘The Bachelor’ in this entertaining story.
Jane Brown is every woman. She is the average working girl who has struggled and saved for everything she has achieved. Jane’s character is easy to relate to on a personal level for most readers. She envies her co-worker, Monica for what she thinks Monica has…the perfect life.
A wish on a star, or a meteor shower, has the women switching bodies. Jane discovers the illusion that is Monica’s perfect life.

“I’m guessing Mr. Foxx’s not so pleased with you anymore.”
“What? I…” Oh, she was so steamed she couldn’t speak. “I own this car. It was given to my by my boyfriend.”
“The papers I have say it don’t belong to a woman. It’s owned by a fella and he wants it back.” ~Jane in Monica’s body to a tow truck driver.

Monica’s car being repossessed was just the beginning, all her credit cards were maxed out; the woman Jane envied was coming up short. At each turn, the pieces of the coveted life begin to unravel as a finely woven tapestry of lies.
Jane decides she will fix some of Monica’s problems, since she is stuck in her body. Financial problems are not just on the to do list, Monica’s former boyfriend and car owner, Jason, is still in love with Monica.
As Jane tries to reignite the passion Jason has for Monica, things get complicated and Jane has to remind herself that she is doing this for Monica. Jason begins to fall hard for the ‘new Monica’, but is it Monica or Jane he is in love with?
Even after the women switch back to their own bodies Jason is still confused. He begins walking thru the motions with Monica. She has changed, but she is not the same woman he fell so hard for and wanted to spend the rest of his life with. It begins to drive him crazy! Loosing sleep and coming up with all kinds of crazy ideas on how he even knows Jane Brown, he finally is at wits end.

“Please quit joking around and tell me the truth. I need to know. I deserve to know,” he pleaded as his gaze fixed on her eyes. “Which woman have I fallen in love with? Monica Starke or Jane Brown?”
“I have to know.” “I’m about to marry one of them. I can’t marry the wrong woman.” ~Jason asking Jane whom he fell in love with.

Confusing and interesting this story has a lot to offer. Several situations are humorous, especially how Jane as Monica thwarts sexual advances of Jason. Poor man had to be confused when a woman goes from sex kitten to ‘not tonight’ at the snap of a finger.      It was easy to keep up with who was who, even though they may not be in their own body. It is very well written from Jane’s point of view. She gets to see that the grass is not always greener on the other side, sometimes you have to pull some weeds and prune the bushes while you are there.
It would be interesting to see the story from Monica’s point of view. She does do some life making over on Jane’s life. Perhaps readers will be treated with that story next from Ms. Ward.
